The last time they had an outage I opened a support request asking how customers should determine what's going on when the status page is inaccessible (always when there's an outage) and when they don't post anything to twitter. Of the 12 bugs I've reported, all have been ignored but 2. Submitting bug reports that are subsequently confirmed to indeed be bugs, almost always fails to result in a bugfix.At the moment I think it's the best software out there for password management. I've used for about 5 years now and have many hundreds of credentials in my Lastpass vault. I am a big proponent and supporter of Lastpass. I've moved all issues that have been resolved into a section at the end for historical purposes.
